Clock Tower at TCNJ
Campus Town Center is a 184 unit mixed-use student housing and 82,000sf retail development located on the campus of The College of New Jersey. Completed in 2015, the project was a joint venture between the State of New Jersey and PRC Campus Centers under the direction of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.
