This 4 story multi-family project has been designed for Felician College as part of their campus expansion. Feinberg & Associates created this 85 unit concept to accommodate the rapidly growing college’s need for faculty housing.
A unique project in itself with each footprint containing a combination of 1 bedroom flats, 2 bedroom flats and 2 bedroom townhomes in addition to two private garages. This project seamlessly integrates into the surrounding community and existing campus as well as fulfilling the college’s future housing needs.
